What a BEAUTIFUL Michigan evening for this family's photoshoot.  A little cool, but lighting was wonderful :)  We shot this at the family's farm in Drenthe.  Beautiful couples, beautiful kids, beautiful farm.... I guess it was a pretty good recipe for beautiful photos! :)  Enjoy a few teasers!  (The little girl was one of my first infants when I was starting my infant photography).... :)

Walcott : Family Love

This family is such a cool family to photograph.  Not only do they have the coolest properties and farm equipment...but they have a deep family bond, and all really love each other genuinely.  They may joke, and goof off (ahem, Sheldon... LOL!) but I can see their respect for each other by how important they make each family member feel.

I was shooting Olivia's senior pictures and apparently the family had run out of Christmas card photos from our last session, so they all showed up for more :)  Enjoy a few teasers from their family session.

Olivia : 2015

Olivia loves to read, so what better place to shoot her senior pictures than a Library?!  The Library director was so accommodating, and graciously allowed us to come shoot after hours.  We had a quick fun session there, and then were off to Olivia's family farm.  Enjoy a few teasers of her senior session!

De Visser : Family Love

This family is very dear to me.... because it's MINE!  LOL!  My uncle and aunt received a photo session from my cousin for me to photograph them shortly before their 40th Wedding Anniversary.  The whole family can rarely get together, BUT, we could get ALL their grandkiddos together.  So, they were so amazing to drive over an hour, with 7 children to get their photos taken.  My Dad was 5th of 8 children, and my Uncle Jim is one of his older brother.  It was loads of fun and I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful and supporting family.  Thanks guys!  LOVE YA ALL!!!

Matthew & Sarah : Engaged

Sarah & Matthew have an amazing chemistry, love and respect for each other then almost all the couples I know combined!  I can't wait for their wedding next month because they are using a brand new venue in Allegan for their reception.  It's a beautiful place and I'll introduce it after their wedding.  Sarah's sister was married less than a year ago, and David and I had the honor of photographing her wedding as well.  

This amazing couple drove up from Indiana for their session only one month before they say their vows.  It's going to be a wonderful exciting day.    Their engagement session was done in very strong winds, some rain and a little cold, but this couple only cared that they were together.... Such a beautiful thing!   :)  LOL!

Wacky Williams Wednesday : Picasso's Family

Ever wonder what your kids might look like if you merged your faces?  :)  Well, I thought we'd give it a try, so here is Picasso's family!  My first thought is, 'Why did we stop making children!?  We make them so cute!'  LOL!  It's so incredibly disgusting, yet we've been laughing over this since I made it!

Hadley : 1 year

Hadley is 1!  This little peanut surprised us all a year ago coming way before her due date....  but it hasn't slowed her down at all!!   She and her brother look so much alike... and they are so close in age, they will be great buddies!!!  Enjoy a few teasers of Hadley at 12 months old!

Sterling : Mini Session

Going back to a part of my youth.... horses!  These girls were some of the best competitors for our school's team when I coached Holland Christian's Equestrian Team, and they recently called me saying they had a new foal at the barn!  Lindsey's horse Tiara had a gorgeous colt named Sterling.  I had some fun getting to see the adorable colt and photograph horses again.  Enjoy some teasers!  

This was a mini session... for anyone wanting some professional photos of their pets or other miscellaneous session, a mini session could be great!  Cheaper, shorter, yet still professional :)
