My cousin's kids are sooooo cute.  High energy, but absolutely adorable!  Willem is 6 1/2 and Tycho (tee-ko) is 4.  Willem got into tennis this fall, and LOVES it, so we had to have some fun with that!  Tycho is all about his trucks, so why not fill the studio with fun!?  Yes, we did make a girly heart with cars, trucks and planes, and YES, we did drop a 5 gallon bucket of tennis balls on Willem.... It was a blast!!!!! LOL!  Enjoy a few teasers!

Wright : Family Love

I am falling in love with this family, and their session images.  I've photographed 3 of the grand kids as infants and I can't help but love how this family loves each other.  All genuine smiles and great attitudes, even during a 28 degree photo shoot with children!  I look at the photos, and I find myself smiling for no conscious reason. Wacky Williams : Mistletoe

Christmas has come and gone, but we aren't giving it up just yet!  I want to just say how much I love my husband, my kids and literally EVERYTHING I have.  Oftentimes, right after Christmas, it's like the balloon of anticipation is popped and life resumes.... I want to live in anticipation!!!  The excitement, romance, love, cheer... the generous hearts, the kind words, the hot cocoa!  Really, I've been blessed with the holidays being a GREAT time, and great memories.  Our kids were fantastic this Christmas, truly being grateful for each of their gifts (even the clothes ones).  I know our lives are super crazy right now, as we rush to finish our first house flip to sell, and our kids have gotten a bit more of the, 'go-find-something-to-do-while-we-work', but I really love them all.  Our pets, our farm, our kids, my awesome hubby, and a God that blesses me with the optimistic attitude to keep this a positive 'season' of our lives.  Enjoy some of our love today!

Jordan & Kayla : Engaged!

I need to come to grip with the reality that I'm getting older!!!!  This is 'my little Kayla'.  This young woman was one of my many horse back riding students back in my energetic days, when I worked a 40 hour/week factory job, then gave 30 lessons a week, while shoeing somewhere around 100 horses.... all before a hubby and kiddos...  Kayla was my die-hard, horse loving, adventurous rider, that was fearless, and courageous.  And NOW!?!?!? She's getting married!  In my head, she's still like 8 years old, but somehow, time let her escape and she grew up into a beautiful young independent woman!  I was able to meet her fiance, Jordan during their engagement session, but sadly, after they had to change their wedding date, I will be unable to watch this girl walk down the aisle to meet her groom. :(  BUT, I'm super honored to get to be here for her engagement session.  Congratulations Kayla and Jordan!!!!  Enjoy a few teasers!

Isabel : Miracle

 Beautiful little Isabel, decided to come early to make a wonderful Christmas gift for her family.  Due on the 20th, she showed up on the 14th, nice and fast.  She and her family came to the studio for Isabel's first photo session right before Christmas, and she was a fantastic little model.   Her big sister, Everlyn came for the session too, but other than a few picts by herself, she wasn't too interested in Isabel to join her for a photo.  :)   I had loads of fun once Isabel fell asleep, and we whipped through all the fun poses I had hoped for.  She handled them all like a champ!  Enjoy Isabel's teasers!
