Mike & Heather : 8.13.2016

Mike & Heather were married in West Chester, Pennsylvania on August 13, 2016.   I'm not gonna lie, or exaggerate.... it was HOT.  On my iPhone app for weather, they literally just put a picture of a desert cactus for the temperature of the day.  The humidity was unbelievable, but, the day couldn't have been more amazing for Mike and Heather!  Heather is David's cousin, so now, mine too :)  She is the first grand daughter in the William's grand children to be married.  We made a little vacation out of the trip.  It was a 12 hour drive each way, and we had a blast the whole time!  The kids did really well, and the hotel we stayed at had a wonderful pool (that was sadly HEATED) LOL!  We attended the wedding rehearsal the day before, to scout out photo locations, and sun direction.  Their wedding was held on their property, with a tent.  It was BEAUTIFUL!  Their yard was PERFECTLY groomed... I may or may not have drooled over their lush garden... and the decorations were to die for!  It was perfectly simple, perfectly natural, perfectly elegant, and perfectly HEATHER.  We waited out a thunderstorm to start the rehearsal, and made it through with some of their friends watching our children in the house.  The wedding day came the next day with accurately forecasted heat.  David and I both photographed the day and all the many joys it brought.  Heather and Mike were so chill about the day, and made it totally fun for everyone!  We were able to see family that we haven't seen in a few years, and enjoy parts of the wedding day as guests too.  (I'll post another blog post of our part of the visit)  :)  Enjoy Mike and Heather's wedding day teasers!

Wacky Williams : Happy 10th Anniversary!

Yay!!!  We have survived, loved and rocked our first 10 years of marriage!  August 26, 2006 was my day to get prettied up and promise a wonderful man the rest of my life.
 God has been so good to us, I feel so undeserving of the man he's given me.  I have 3 kids that rock my world, and have taught me more then I ever thought possible.  I have a farm house that meets all our needs, wants, and dreams.  I have a hubby that supports me in all my crazy ideas, calls me 'gorgeous' every day... (even when I think I look awful) and never goes a day without telling me how much he loves me.  I have a family that encourages us, and I live in a vacation city, full of resources and beauty.  I have a business that I LOVE, and clients that are amazing!  I get to see the sky, and stars with the darkness and wide open spaces of the country every day.

  To top it off, I have Grandparents that were willing to splash in their Amphi-car multiple times to get the perfect shot for my Wacky Williams Craziness, and let my trio drive it.  (haha... ok, not quite.)   Enjoy our Wacky Williams team of 5 :)

Elsie : 2 years

Little Elsie.   Oh what can I say about Elsie...  This little cutie could totally model.... The dimples, the hair, the smile... she's got it all.  Elsie is graduating from her Forget-me-not session after completing her Newborn, 6 month and 1 year session, and now her 2 year.  She and her parents are such cool and interesting people, that it's been really cool to get to know them over the last 2 years.  We went to a beach in Holland for her photos, and got to do a few family shots, and then let Elsie loose to play in the sand and water.  It was a blast!  Enjoy a few pictures of Elsie!

Holly : 2017

This kid rocked her senior session!  She's super quiet yet adorable!  Holly is the third from her family to get her senior session done with us, and it's always so fun to catch up with their family.  I can remember seeing Holly as a young girl come to our family's stable, and seeing her all dressed up with hair and make up at her session reminded me of how old I'm getting!  LOL!  She's become a beautiful young lady and I'm hoping her family won't be strangers now that they've run out of kids to send to us :)  Enjoy some of Holly's teasers!

Robyn : 2017

Robyn appears again on the blog after her family's summer session last year.  Now, a senior in High School, it's her turn for the spotlight!  It was a beautiful evening, with great light, lots of laughs, and full of excitement.  Even with a busy park, a flat tire, and a late approach to the last location, we nailed down an excellent collection for Robyn!  She is a fantastic, easy going, fun young lady, talented in competitive swimming, and a great connection with her family.  Enjoy a few teasers!
