Alexa : Miracle
Alexa was the most perfect little girl ever :) She slept great, (which for me was a blast, since little girls tend to be less sleepy for me.) and she let me pose her for an hour without any signs of waking :) She is the 2nd child of my husband's boss, and it was great getting to hear the inside scoop of what David ACTUALLY does at work.... LOL! Congrats guys! She's gorgeous!

Lauren : Holland Christian Senior 2013
Lauren is the second of her family to get her senior photos done by Awakened Images. A few years back, we had her brother in for his. Since then, we've made a lot of changes to our style, our equipment, and our technique. Going from a small porch for our studio, to a 720 sq. foot studio was the biggest change. And one I'll never regret doing :) Anyway, enough about us.... Lauren is super easy going. My kinda senior :) We talked about high school theater, friends, and future plans. Lauren rolled her eyes when mom came to brush her hair straight. The humidity was something fierce that night. In the end, I had Lauren trained! A photographer's dream.... she'd smile, give a 'vogue' model look, and give a smirk.... She'd move right into position after 45 minutes to practice in the studio of me teaching the poses :) Thanks Lauren! It was great to get to know you better. My Trio : Beach babes
We went to the beach for a good time and to tire out the kiddos.... BUT... since we are photographers, it made for a great photo opportunity, and we did a mini session... bribing them with swim time, and ice cream. I love this little trio, and love even more how the beach tires them out! Hugs to my babies!
