Wacky Williams : Window to Heaven

My family speaks openly of Heaven..... Heaven with Jesus, and John the Baptist, Moses and all the saints who went before us.  It's amazing and so important to instill these truths into our young children, so the world doesn't snatch the greatest hope away from them and blind them with 'theory' when they are older and independent. 

It's so odd to hear people talk about faith sometimes, because we hear things like, 'I believe this....' or 'We believe in.....'  What is hard to understand, is once your eyes have been opened to TRUTH, how can we say 'believe'?  As if I can believe something to be true, but another might believe something else to be true.... Maybe the word 'believe' has been dulled to a fairy tale version of truth.  

I don't use the word 'believe' much anymore.  Why dull down what you know to be true?  I don't say 'I believe'.  I say 'I KNOW', without a doubt that God is everything he says he is, because I've personally met His Son, who confirmed God's existence to me.   He's so amazing.  I wish our world hadn't fallen to Satan's lies about Him.  I can't wait for the promised day when "...every knee will bow, and every tongue confess, that Jesus Christ is Lord". Romans 14:11

Wacky Williams : Force Field

My kids are really going to question their childhoods..... I remember many of my memories were from photos I'd seen year after year... Like, I can't remember the back yard of my childhood home all that clearly, but I remember it from the photos.... Well, if my kids look back, they are seriously going to have to fight the urge to believe their childhood from their Wacky Williams photos.   I saw something like this a long time ago and just had to wait for my photo shop skills to catch up.  :)  It was really fun making this!  In fact, I'm falling in love with art all over again.  Just in a new way :)  Enjoy both the 'behind the scenes' and the final image :)

Maddie : 2 years

 Maddie turned 2, and graduates from her Forget-Me-Not package!  What a cutie!  She and her big brother Logan are not strangers to my studio or blog.  I was so happy to see Logan come along for her 2 year session, and join in for a few.  He's such a tender heart for his sister!   Maddie is becoming a 'little miss independent' and I just love her personality already!  She reminds me much of my own little girl.  Enjoy a few teasers of Maddie!

Wacky Williams : Profiles 2016

There are certain photos I love recreating... this is one of my favorites to make.  I love seeing the changes of our family year by year.  It's a simple and fun session, and usually takes me no more than a few minutes to photoshop together. 

Watching those little cheeks and noses change from year to year is something I'm sure I'll cherish!

Peyton : 2 years old

Peyton is 2!  What a sweet little girl she is!  And all that hair!?  PRECIOUS!!!  Her family came along for a few updated family photos, and her big brother had to get a few :)  It's so great to see our past wedding couples and see their growing families!  Peyton has now graduated from her Forget-Me-not Package!  Just that quick... they come to me a few days new and they leave me walking and talking.... {sigh}  How I love watching them grow :) Enjoy a few teasers of Peyton!
